Heart's desire

The questions, one at a time.

Straight from the book. Answer out loud or in writing, in any order, and skip whatever isn't alive today. The point is never the thing. It's the feeling underneath it, and that part is already available.

Don't answer these strategically. Answer from the part of you that used to want things before it learned to only want what looked reachable. Nobody is reading this but you.

Answer from the gut

If you knew for certain you couldn't fail, what would you do?

Not strategically. From the kid in you, the part that wanted things before it learned to only want what looked reachable.

Not your job, your time

What would you be doing every day if money wasn't something you had to think about?

Not what would be your job. How would you spend your time. The thing you'd do anyway is the whole qualification.

The weight off your chest

If there was a genie and he could do anything, what are you asking for?

What would lift the heavy thing off your chest. Say it plainly, even if it sounds like too much.

The feeling, not the thing

When you imagine that life, what's the feeling underneath it?

Name it properly. Then ask what having it would actually give you that you don't have right now.

Get boring and specific

Describe an ordinary tuesday inside it.

Not the highlight reel. What time you wake, the first thing you do, the light in the room, what you eat, who you talk to, the last thought before you sleep.

On money

How much arrives, how often, and from what?

What it feels like in your body when it lands, and not the excitement, the ordinariness. What you buy without checking first. What you stop worrying about entirely.

The other half

What do you want less of?

The states first: bracing, scanning, checking, waiting, proving, apologising, explaining, performing, monitoring, second guessing, feeling behind. Which of those are you living in?

The test

Can you feel a version of it today? Thirty seconds, for free?

Anything you can't feel a version of today isn't a real want yet, it's still a picture. Go find the feeling underneath it and start there.

The tightest version

What could you do right now, today, without changing a single circumstance?

No I need a camera first. No I need a mic, or money, or to be healed first. If you wait for those, you never start.

It was a preview, not a verdict

When you think I should be further along by now, what is it showing you?

Not the milestone. The feeling underneath it. Settled, capable, free, proud. The seeing came first, and the seeing is the useful part.

Next step: scripting

Now let the book write it as a scene you are already living in.

Scripting just means writing your life in present tense, as if it is already happening, so your body gets to feel it now instead of waiting. You speak your dream the way it feels from the inside, and the book writes it back to you: first the feelings underneath what you want, then the scene itself. You can read it, or press play and have it read to you in a soft voice.

Write my script

Takes about ten minutes. You can do it as many times as you want.

Small aligned continuous energy is the thing that actually moves your life. Meaning: tiny things done often, in the direction of what you want, while feeling like the person who already has it. This page is the fun part before that.
